Approved Agents
The Commission's Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming provide that it may appoint one or more Approved Agents to carry out any of the following functions, for and on behalf of the Commission:
- to investigate whether any person applying for or holding a licence or authorization is suitable to carry on gaming activities in Kahnawake;
- to conduct testing, audits and control system reviews and ensure that any person applying for or holding a licence or authorization has the neccessary level of technical competence to carry on gaming activities in Kahnawake; and
- to assist in the application of an appropriate continuous compliance program for every gaming operation that is licensed by the Commission.
To date, the Commission has appointed as "Approved Agents" the agencies listed below.
