Notice regarding Crystal Palace group of companies

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission was saddened to learn of the untimely passing of Warren Cloud, principal of the Crystal Palace group of companies. We note that Crystal Palace management has already contacted affected players advising that its operations will cease on July 31, 2008 and providing instructions for an orderly payout of player accounts. The Commission is committed to working closely with Crystal Palace and affected players to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to resolve any outstanding issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
