On July 4, 2007, the Superior Court of Quebec rendered its decision in the case of Horne v. Kahnawá:ke Gaming Commission and Mohawk Council of Kahnawá:ke. The Plaintiff’s action, which sought an order against the KGC for the issuance of an Interactive Gaming Licence, was refused with costs granted to the KGC.
